Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. What is the return policy?

We offer return of products ordered on within 03 days of delivery of the product. However, there are certain products/items specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the product description, for which we do not offer return. Please refer to the return policy mentioned under the ‘Cancellation & Refund’ section of the product detail page to check if the item is eligible for return or not.

We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You can always try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its original condition.

Items should be returned unused, unwashed, unopened, undamaged and with all tags still intact in the original condition.


  1. What is the refund policy for the returned products?

 We endeavour to process your refunds within 07 business days from the date the returned product clears the quality check at our store. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by For transactions made using Debit/Credit cards, the time taken for refunds depends solely on the service provider.

We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 days to reach us and thus the quality check may take time. In such a scenario, we may not process the refund amount until the product item does not clear the quality check. may & surely will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles to refuse a claim against you.


  1. How does Refund work based on the different modes of payment?

If you have paid for the order using net banking/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date after the products clear the quality check process. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible incase wrong information has been provided.

If you have paid for the order using chhotibahu store credits or COD then the amount gets refunded to your chhotibahu store account within 7-10 business days from the date of product clearing quality check at our store.

Store credits are valid for a lifetime. There is no expiry.

  1. Can I cancel my order after ordering?

Yes, you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate a 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.

Please note that orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after being placed. So it is advisable to cancel the orders before it gets shipped. If the orders are cancelled mid-way, then in such cases we will provide you with chhotibahu store credits of the exact order value. These store credits are valid for a lifetime & can be used for purchasing products on


  1. Can I return the order once it’s delivered & if I have some issues?

There is always certain possibility that:

(i). Items\products may get damaged during transit.

(ii). There may be a manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing.

(iii). A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defects, or any other issues.


  1. Am I eligible to exchange if I have shopped during a promotion/offer?

Yes, you shall be entitled for an exchange if the product is available and in stock. However, please note that in case of promotion/offer you are only eligible for a size exchange for the same Product. If the same product is not available in stock for the size required by you, then there is nothing that can be done.


  1. Am I eligible for a refund if I have shopped during a promotion/offer?

No, you shall be not eligible for a refund if you have shopped the product/s during a promotion or offer. Nor you will be able to return the product. Orders placed under a promotion or offer shall be considered final & cannot be cancelled or returned but can just be exchanged for sizes only.


  1. How do I return my order?

 To return your order, please follow these steps.

1)      Login to your account

2)      Go to My Orders

3)      Click on Return

4)      Select the items\products that you want to return

You will get a refund once your order is returned shipped & checked for quality subject to above mentioned applicable exceptions.

  1. When will my return get picked up?

We do have a return policy but the customer is responsible to return the product, bear return shipping charges, and notifying us via e-mail with the tracking details


  1. In what cases would will not accept any returns?

You should keep the item in its original packaging and not use it if you do not like it.

Any used/soiled/damaged/duplicate product will not be taken back.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 03 days of receiving the shipment, so please make sure you report the matter to us, and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

If we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour this entitles to refuse a claim against you.

  1. How long does it usually take for returned items to reach back?

Any shipment returned generally takes 5-6 days to reach back to us. The exact time taken for transit may also depend on the nature of the product and your location.
