Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Chhotibahu are dedicated to offering our customers uninterrupted online services for the best customer experience. However, some times, due to unavoidable circumstances, customers may experience a gap in communication. Keeping this in mind, our company follows the Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy as mentioned below.

To enhance your shopping experience, we do have an exchange/return policy. However, to exchange/return any product, it is required by the customer to notify us via email on: support@chhotibahu.com or contact us via WhatsApp on our customer support number: 99243-38883 within 7 days of the product delivery.

While we encourage you try on the product, it’s required to preserve the original condition, tags, and packaging. We request you to take mindful measures to preserve and maintain the product’s original condition. To return the order, ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, non-damaged, along with all the tags still intact, as the original product.

What If I Want to Exchange a Product?

You can exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of exchange, after receiving a confirmation from us, we will arrange for the return pickup in 1-3 business days with no additional costs. Once the return pickup is done, we will dispatch the requested exchange product within 2 business days. 

What If I Receive a Damaged/Defective Product?

All the products undergo a strict 5-step quality check process before the order is packed and dispatched. So the chances of you receiving a damaged/defective products are very thin. But the quality-check team might sometimes miss a minor defect, as a part of human error. In such cases, we request you to contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide all the necessary details.

After verifying all your details, we will arrange for the return pickup in 1-3 business days with no additional costs. Once the return pickup is done, we will dispatch the requested replacement product within 2 business days. 

Kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any complaint you may have regarding a damaged or defected product.

What If I Want to Return a Product?

You can return any product within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of return, after receiving a confirmation from us, we will arrange for the return pickup in 1-3 business days with a cost of ₹140/-. It usually takes 7-8 business days to receive the returned product. Once we receive the product, and it clears our quality check, we will contact you via email for your bank account details and settle your refund at the earliest. 

If our courier partners do not have return pickup facility available at your pin-code/location, you are responsible to self-ship the product to us, and share the tracking details for the same. 

Terms and Conditions for Product Exchange/Return

We do not accept order exchange/returns in the conditions listed below:

  • If the product/tags/packaging of the product is found tampered with, altering the original condition of the product, the product doesn’t qualify for a return
  • We don’t accept exchange/returns for used/soiled/damaged or duplicate products
  • Please don’t use/try on the product if you’re unsatisfied with the product quality
  • To exchange/return any product, the customer is required to notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so, will disqualify your product for exchange/return under our policy
  • We at www.chhotibahu.com hold the right to refuse a claim against you, if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or any other manipulative behaviour

Refund Policy for Returned Products

We process your refunds within 5 business days after we’ve successfully received the returned product. Once it clears our quality check, we will contact you via email/WhatsApp for your bank account details and settle your refund at the earliest. 

Under some circumstances, we understand that the returned product may take longer to reach us. We appreciate your patience during these times, to give us time for ensuring the quality of the returned product and process your refund.

www.chhotibahu.com holds the right to revoke/refuse your refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour, entitling us to refuse a claim against you.

Special Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct/accurate account details for the refund process.
Chhotibahu.com will not be responsible if the provided account details by the customer are incorrect and the refund gets transferred to that incorrect bank account.
There is no guarantee of recovery of the same thereafter.

Order Cancellation Terms

The customer retains the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. We guarantee a full refund in case you’ve already paid via an online transaction. You will receive a confirmation of the same through an e-mail.

We comply with shipping all the orders within 48 hours after the orders are placed. In case you request an order cancellation after your order is shipped, we offer a refund based on the payment mode chosen while placing your order.

Special Note

It is mandatory/compulsory to make an unboxing/opening video of your order, so that we can be assured of the genuineness of the claims made by the customer(s).

Without an evidence of an unboxing/opening video we will not entertain any claims.
